SHIPPING POLICY

  • HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
    • Processing can take anywhere from 3-5 business. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. With that being said, please ensure that order information is accurate. Our company and its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect information provided, as we cannot change any shipping information.
    • Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and/or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification of these details

   Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options. 

  • We are not & will not be responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer, please ensure that you list the proper address.
  • HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
    • Shipping can take up to 3-10 business days after the processing period has been completed.                                                                               
  •  WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS IS DELAYED?
    • Please be aware that delays can happen, which is beyond our control. Under certain circumstances shipping can & may take longer. We cannot & do not control the shipping carriers.
  • What postal services do you use?
    • Our primary postal services we use are UPS and USPS. Once items are shipped please keep track with your package through UPS or USPS as we no longer have control.
  • Who is responsible for shipping?
    • Currently at this time, customers are solely responsible for the shipping fee.
  • DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
    • No. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time.

RETURN POLICY

  • What is your refund & exchange policy?

    • CURRENTLY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to COVID-19 restriction guidelines! Unfortunate​ly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please take into consideration that we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However, if there is a fault on our behalf we will investigate. If we are deemed at fault, we will issue a store credit or store discount.
  • What is your return policy?

    • We do not offer returns at this moment, effective immediately! Returns are ONLY offered in the case that the unit is deemed faulty under inspection from our production department. ALL returns will be investigated. If the returned unit has been altered in any way, shape, or form. (i.e. bleached knots, trimmed, colored, cut lace, tagged removed etc.) we will immediately return the unit to you. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the unit.

      • If there is a fault with your unit you must comply with the following conditions:
        • You MUST contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order, we can no longer honor your request.
        • The unit must be in original condition, unworn, un-cut or altered in anyway. We cannot accept returned units that have been worn. Please take precaution when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. A photograph detailing that the unit is in original condition will be required before a return is permitted, failure to comply with this will result in the unit being returned to you.
        • If a returned is accepted, there will be a 20% restocking fee. The buyer fully accepts & understands this policy once a refund/return claim is submitted.

    FAQ's

    • What kind of hair and lace will be provided? 
      • Currently, I offer ​100% virgin & raw hair & transparent lace.
    • What is the turn-around time for the construction of a wig?
      • Construction of a wig can take up to 14 business days​ to be processed, created, & shipped. If you would like your unit sooner, please email dmaries.customerservice@gmail.com. There will be an addition charge for expedited processing time. Weekends & Holidays are NOT included!
    • What is your refund & exchange policy?
      • Unfortunate​ly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please take into consideration that we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However, if there is a fault on our behalf we will investigate. 
    • Do you offer bleaching services?
      • At the moment, we do not offer bleaching services. The reason being is because we would like to put our best foot forward. Not only that, but we also take pride in our brand and half assing is not our style. PERIOD!
    • How do I determine my measurement/ cap size?
      • Please refer to the chart below for an accurate cap size. ​ It is extremely important to measure in inches and not centimeters.

    • How are units constructed?
      • Units are hand stitched & constructed on a mesh dome cap and on a singer sewing machine.
    • What lace sizes do you offer?
      • We offer 5x5 & 13x4 transparent lace.
    • Why do I have to provide a signature at the time of delivery?
      • In order to protect our brand and our customers we want to ensure that items are being delivered to the proper person and address.
    • What is your turn around time to respond to emails?
      • Please allow 1-3 business day AND/OR 24-72 hours for a response.
    • What happens if I falsely file a dispute?
      • We take this action SERIOUSLY! We will take legal action against any and all false disputes. We have the IP address you used when you placed your order. All IP addresses have traced date, time, location, and the device that you used when you placed the order. Our legal team will submit evidence to your bank that proves you ordered items from our website. Once claims and documents are submitted to the bank, we will also send you a court date by mail to meet with our lawyer for a court room hearing. So, make sure you are present or do not file a false dispute we you know you indeed placed an order on our website. Thank you for your honesty and cooperation!

    • How will I secure my wig?
      • All wigs will come an elastic band & combs, if requested.
    • What do you recommend if it is my first wig?
          • I would recommend a closure unit  (i.e. 5x5 closure units). They are easy to wear and require less work. With a closure unit you don’t have to get it installed, it will fit properly, and you will be able to wear it on and off.
        • How do I properly care for my unit?

          • It is recommended that you use Silicon Mix, shampoo, & conditioner on all units.

        • How long can my unit last?

          • Units can have a longevity 1-5 years will proper care & depending on maintenance.
