What is your refund & exchange policy?
- CURRENTLY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to COVID-19 restriction guidelines! Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please take into consideration that we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However, if there is a fault on our behalf we will investigate. If we are deemed at fault, we will issue a store credit or store discount.

What is your return policy?
- We do not offer returns at this moment, effective immediately! Returns are ONLY offered in the case that the unit is deemed faulty under inspection from our production department. ALL returns will be investigated. If the returned unit has been altered in any way, shape, or form. (i.e. bleached knots, trimmed, colored, cut lace, tagged removed etc.) we will immediately return the unit to you. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the unit.
- If there is a fault with your unit you must comply with the following conditions:
- You MUST contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order, we can no longer honor your request.
- The unit must be in original condition, unworn, un-cut or altered in anyway. We cannot accept returned units that have been worn. Please take precaution when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. A photograph detailing that the unit is in original condition will be required before a return is permitted, failure to comply with this will result in the unit being returned to you.
- If a returned is accepted, there will be a 20% restocking fee. The buyer fully accepts & understands this policy once a refund/return claim is submitted.
