Our Build Your Own Wig Service gives you the freedom to create a fully customized wig tailored to your vision. Each unit is meticulously handcrafted using premium-quality hair and the highest-quality HD lace available for a flawless, natural finish!

PLEASE NOTE

• Closure wigs include a standard 5x5 HD closure unless a different closure option is selected under the “Closure Type & Length” tab.

Wig Construction by Length

• 12"–14" wigs are constructed with up to 3-4 bundles + a closure 
• 16"–22" wigs are constructed with up to 4-5 bundles + a closure
• 24" and longer wigs are constructed with up 4-6 bundles + a closure

***Please note: Depending on the circumference of your head that will play a part in how many bundles will be used. Additionally, one must know the bigger/larger the circumference, the more bundle one will have to use.***

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

• Build-A-Wig turnaround time is 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Business hours are Tuesday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
• All wigs are made to order and are not readily available for immediate shipment.
• Shipping is completed via UPS with signature no exceptions.

The Build-Your-Own-Wig Experience Includes

• Full wig construction using a sewing machine for enhanced security and longevity.                 
• Full customization, including:
• • Washing and conditioning
  • Bleaching the knots
  • Hairline customization
  • Baby hairs (upon request)
  • Styling of your choice (curls, crimps, etc.)
  • Adjustable elastic band(s) for added security + comb

Closure Wig Information

Closure wigs are highly recommended for beginners seeking a low-maintenance option. They are ideal for everyday wear and are 100% glueless, requiring no glue, gel, or adhesives for installation.

Custom Wig Policy

• Accuracy is essential. Customers are fully responsible for providing correct head measurements.

• If you need assistance with measuring, please contact us at dmaries.customerservice@gmail.com

• We are not responsible for wigs that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Custom orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

• All Build-Your-Own-Wig services are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Custom Color Clause

When requesting color information or a custom color service, please be advised that exact color replication cannot be guaranteed. Color outcomes may vary due to multiple factors, including but not limited to lighting conditions, screen resolution, hair texture, prior processing, and formulation methods.

Additionally, the origin, donor source, and bonus or complimentary bundles selected for a color service may naturally differ in undertone, porosity, and absorption. These variations can result in slight differences in how the final color appears, even when the same formula and processing technique are used.

Each custom color is uniquely created and considered one-of-one. While every reasonable effort will be made to achieve the closest possible color match, minor variations are to be expected. By proceeding with a color request, the client acknowledges and accepts these industry-standard variations. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued due to slight color differences.
